Floß, 28.11.2022. Exceptional performance in exceptional times. This is precisely why we were awarded the prize for "Exceptional Team Performance" by the BMW Group at the sixth "Supplier Innovation Award" ceremony. Divided into six categories, a total of 14 companies from among the international suppliers received the coveted trophy.
The design of the "Exceptional Team Performance" award in the form of an NFT (Non-Fungible Token) - i.e. art as a unique original file - is also innovative.
Team performance in two respects
From BMW's point of view, the award is directed first and foremost at the employees in Ukraine - who, despite the ongoing war situation, produce cable harnesses for our customer BMW in a highly professional and reliable manner, while at the same time helping to set up additional production sites to secure the supply chain.
Exceptional team performance, however, not only from our customer's point of view, but also - or especially - within the Nexans autoelectric Group: intercontinental, pan-European and interdepartmental, all the employees involved worked with top performance and enormous flexibility to guarantee capacity and the necessary equipment at the right place at the right time, as well as to ensure customer supply.
Reason enough for all employees and the Nexans autoelectric Group to be proud.
