We have a match – welcome to the team!

Floß, September 1, 2025. At the start of the 2024 training year, we are welcoming four new talents to our team, who will begin their training at Nexans autoelectric on September 2. In keeping with our motto, “Are we a match?”, we are delighted to say: Yes, we have found the perfect match!

Our trainees Andrii, David, Leonie, and Michele bring different backgrounds, talents, and goals to the table, which is reflected in their training paths:

•   Training as an IT specialist for system integration

•   Training as an IT specialist for application development

•   Training as an industrial clerk combined with a training-integrated degree in business administration

•   Training as a marketing communications specialist combined with a degree in business management.

In the coming years, Andrii, David, Leonie, and Michele will support our teams in various departments and familiarize themselves with the processes and procedures of an international automotive supplier. In addition to practical experience, they will gain comprehensive insights into our corporate structure and the cooperation between the various departments.

The start of their training marks the beginning of an

exciting journey for our new colleagues. We are convinced that their fresh perspectives and curiosity will be an asset to our team.
