Two companies, one joint project

Nexans autoelectric and specialist civil engineering company Harald Gollwitzer fulfill a long-held wish of a Catholic kindergarten – a €3,000 donation and construction and safety measures ensure lots of fun with a new climbing frame

Floß, June 18, 2024 When two large companies from Floß, Nexans autoelectric GmbH and specialist civil engineering firm Harald Gollwitzer GmbH, join forces and commit to social causes, the results can only be positive. Thanks to the commitment of both companies and the literally energetic efforts of the parents, the new garden highlight was quickly realized. At the same time, the children were able to practice craftsmanship and teamwork in the “Our new climbing frame” project.

The donation from Nexans autoelectric came about through the support association – two members and their spouses work for the local automotive supplier.

Sebastian Reil, head of the St. Johannes M. Vianney kindergarten, Maria Schmidt, head of corporate communications at Nexans autoelectric, and Andrea Gollwitzer, managing director at Gollwitzer, all agree that one important piece of the puzzle when it comes to balancing family and career is a kindergarten equipped with modern and educationally appropriate equipment.
