Floß, May 6, 2024. Nexans autoelectric promotes talent—both in-house and, more recently, in the sporting arena. As part of a sponsorship agreement with Spielvereinigung Weiden (SpVGG SV), we support youth and junior competitive sports there. The junior training center based there promotes promising soccer players as a base for the German Football Association's talent development program. This support benefits not only the club's own junior players, but also women's and junior teams throughout the region. During the cold winter months, we pay the rental fees for the coveted artificial turf pitches by lottery – a real bonus for regional soccer and the sporting community.

Football-mad colleagues have the opportunity to attend first-team matches live in the stands as VIP guests – including VIP catering afterwards. And even those who aren't football fans might get caught up in the atmosphere.
